4 weeks: THE ART AND SCIENCE OF CHANGING HOW WE FEEL

This 4-Week course will allow you to change your relationship to your uncomfortable emotions and feelings. 
We will navigate the waters of not being comfortable together while shifting the perspective from the uncomfortable urge to move away from them to rather leaning into them with a curiosity and inquiry which will lead to not only a different perspective but will allow us to build the emotional courage and intimacy with ourselves and others.

5 weeks: the science of transcending our limiting beliefs

This 5-week course will walk you through the step-by-step process of identifying the belief and state of being that is standing in your way of reaching your potential. We will identify and work with these thoughts and emotions so that we can neutralize and un-memorize them. We will then bring coherency to your body and mind as we align what you intellectually already know and get your body to feel the same way so that you can act in a way that begins to create your own future potential.
